We currently ship across Pakistan only.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Standard Delivery: 3–10 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery times may vary for remote or rural areas.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, etc.).

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.
Any promotions or free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website or checkout page.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available within Pakistan, unless otherwise stated.
Please ensure the correct shipping address and a reachable contact number to avoid delivery issues.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp (if applicable).
You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment through the courier service.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

HH Fashion is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned due to failed delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged item or your package is missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.
Claims made after 24 hours may not be accepted.
